Processing time

Orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, not including holidays. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday start processing the next business day.

You will get an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Shipping in the United States

  • Free Economy shipping on orders of $50 or more. Arrives in 5 to 8 business days after your order ships.
  • Economy shipping: $4.90 to $19.90. Arrives in 5 to 8 business days after your order ships.
  • Standard shipping: $6.90 to $9.90. Arrives in 3 to 4 business days after your order ships. Available on orders up to 5 lb.

Your exact shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay. Delivery times are estimates from the carrier and are not guaranteed.

International shipping

We ship internationally with USPS and DHL Express. Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your address and the weight of your order.

International orders may be charged customs duties, taxes, or import fees by the destination country. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping rates and are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping address

Please double check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to change it, email us right away. We can only update the address before your order ships. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we can ship it again once the new shipping cost is paid.

Lost, stolen, or damaged packages

If your tracking shows your package was delivered but you cannot find it, check around your property and with your neighbors, then email us within 7 days of the delivery date. We will help you file a claim with the carrier. QualityBay is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after the carrier marks them as delivered.
